Frustrated Sports Hernia Caller

29 Minutes - May 24, 2017

SHOW NOTES

I had a listener leave a message for me about their sports hernia. They have been dealing with it for almost a year. They tried therapy 3x a week for month and it never got better. Now he is at the point where they would like to have the sports hernia surgery… but surprise… their insurance won’t cover it. They call it “experimental.” the going cost is around $10k.

This is not a live call but I do my best to give advice. It’s tough when we are weighing the dollars and cents of “is it worth it.” If you want to know more about Sports Hernia, I have a whole page with current research references here http://www.p2sportscare.com/sports-hernia/
